Porn star claims state trooper dropped drug charges for oral sexA Tennessee porn star who blogs under the name of Barbie Cummings (get it?) is claiming that a state Trooper let her off on drug charges in exchange for oral sex. The trooper, James Randy Moss, has since been suspended while the Tennessee Highway Patrol investigate the case, and Justice Richert, (the porn star's real name) has claimed that she has video, and photographs of the incident that were sent to her by Moss. Richert has given an explicit, and detailed de_script_ion of the encounter, and even posted the photographs and video stills.
Her blog has since been taken down and says that it's "under construction", however, her account of what happened has been seen by many.
Fox News reports that Richert claims that she was pulled over for speeding (in her pink Honda Accord), and when asked by Moss if she had any drugs in the car, she admitted she had a few "happy pills". When told by Moss that if she were faced with drug charges, she couldn't leave the state, Richert admitted that would be a problem, considering she regularly flies to LA to make "dirty movies".
Then the next thing you know she's given him oral sex outside his car in a "secluded area", and he's thrown away her happy pills. Hopefully he'll get in a bit more trouble than a suspension, yet I can't see how this is going to negatively affect a struggling porn star who's now getting international media attention.
